As cultural organizers, we carry a special responsibility to uphold and convey traditions and values to the next generation, while also promoting understanding and respect among everyone who participates in our events.
Elisabeth Myrland is the festivalproducer for the Sámi festival Márkomeannu and explains how the they, as a cultural organizer, operates from a unique social mission.
What can we as cultural organizers learn from ČSV- the sámi spirit? And how do we all carry out our responsibility in organizing cultural events?
