The dream of Nordic tours is still alive – but how do we make it happen?

Tempi in Denmark, in collaboration with FolkOrg and Rfod, has received funding for a Nordic Block Booking project exploring the possibilities of creating a Nordic touring network. The goal is to develop practical and sustainable ways to connect venues, artists, and festivals to make Nordic tours easier to plan and carry out.

In this session, we’ll present the project, the goals and methods. We’ll then open up for a panel discussion with industry representatives from across the Nordic region to look at both the opportunities and challenges of building this kind of collaboration.

We don’t just want to talk about cooperation – we want to talk about how to actually get started. After years of good conversations and intentions, it’s time to find concrete solutions and take the first steps toward a real Nordic touring network.
